When are you open?

SERVE is open from Sunday through to Thursday, from 11:00am to midnight and Friday and Saturday from 11:00am to 2:00am. Our long hours underline our passion for ping pong and we hope you stay and play with us!

How do I book a ping pong table in advance at SERVE?

With 3 million ping pong players in the world, our sport is becoming ever more popular. So it's best to book a table at SERVE to ensure you can play without delay. There are a few different ways to book a ping pong table – by calling us on 0121 227 7000, visiting our website, or by stopping by! We'll always do our best to accommodate you, just let us know your requirements. Just remember, booking early guarantees you a table, oh and a great time!

How much does it cost to play ping pong at SERVE?

We base our ping pong pricing structure on an off-peak/on-peak program. Off-peak ping pong is Monday through to Friday, anytime before 5:00pm and Monday through to Thursday after 10:00pm. Any other time is peak time.

I'm disabled. Can I still play ping pong at SERVE?

The short answer – YES. The long answer – YESSSSSSSSS. We're all-inclusive at SERVE. We want anyone and everyone to feel right at home playing ping pong. So we've got a nifty lift system that will help you in and out of our space with ease and comfort.

What's the parking situation?

There are a few car parks within a 10 min walking distance of SERVE, see below. That said, our drinks are out of this world, so why not leave the car at home?

Where is SERVE located?

Our flagship venue is open at 55 Temple Row at Cherry Street in the heart of Birmingham City Centre. A buzzing social scene that's right up our street and there are more venues to come! So if we are a little far out for a visit, we will be opening at a venue near you soon! Keep an eye on our website for the next opening!

How does SERVE deal with bad behaviour?

Everyone that works at or attends SERVE as a guest will be treated with respect, welcomed and enjoy a fun working environment. We ask all our guests to consider their behaviour towards our team and that of others, after all, we know sometimes a few drinks can have an effect when having a great time. So anyone we feel is not treating others with respect, including any of our team members will be asked to leave or be escorted off the premises. We have a zero tolerance policy for what we consider to be offensive, inconsiderate or bad behaviour. Once ejected you won't be allowed to return.

What about my kid's safety?

We know for children's parties, you need to be sure we take your kids safety seriously! So we ensure all of our team are DBS checked.

What about food allergies and preferences

If you are Veggie, Vegan or Gluten free, when you book let us know! We will do our best to advise and accommodate. If you are booking a party we will need this information in order to ensure your party is catered for with all our guests in mind.

Please note whilst we can provide gluten free options on food, we cannot guarantee they are 100% free from contamination for coeliacs, due to items that contain gluten being prepared in the same kitchen or that of any of our suppliers.

Please also note, we cannot guarantee a nut free environment for anyone suffering with nut allergies.
